The KINBER board of directors is currently seeking strategic leaders and thinkers with diverse experience to join its board. The role of a KINBER board member requires active participation in quarterly meetings, committee meetings, and bringing your own library and personal experience to weigh in on important initiatives of the organization.
The board meets for approximately four hours on a quarterly basis, with committee meetings scheduled between them. Most meetings are held virtually; however, meetings may occur in-person for planning or special agendas. Board members may serve for up to two three-year terms, and can be expected to commit four-five hours per month on board activities and/or committee work.
