November Newsletter

As we enter this season of gratitude, we’re reflecting on what it means to give back. At KINBER, we believe that connection is at the heart of every community - and that access to technology, devices, and digital skills is one of the most meaningful ways to empower others.

We’re especially thankful for our partners, supporters, and friends who share our commitment to improving digital access across Pennsylvania. Together, we’re ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to learn, connect, and thrive.

We’re excited to continue that spirit of giving locally through Lancaster’s ExtraGive on November 21, a day when every contribution strengthens digital access and builds lasting impact for our neighbors right here in Lancaster County.

We’re grateful for your continued support and collaboration - they make our mission possible.

Wishing you a warm and connected Thanksgiving,

- Nathan Flood
President & CEO, KINBER

KINBER MOR Leaders

The first workshop for the KINBER MOR Leaders 2026 cohort took place at Franklin & Marshall College, bringing together leaders and innovators from across sectors such as higher education and non-profit, and from all across the Commonwealth. Participants spent the days strengthening their leadership, collaboration, and digital opportunity initiatives, building momentum for lasting impact across Pennsylvania.

KINBER had a great time at The Global Impact Forum! We were grateful for the opportunity to present on AI-Ready Workforce Hubs and to learn from so many inspiring peers and partners. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect and joined us for our session—your engagement and collaboration make this work so rewarding.

Erie: Thriving in a Digital World

We wrapped up our final digital empowerment opportunity class in Erie, PA, and the reviews are in! 100% of participants agree that this course will improve their everyday lives. Participants are eager to put their new skills to work - furthering their education, connecting with others, managing their personal and financial health, and pursuing new employment opportunities. We’re so proud to see these individuals not only connected, but empowered and confident in the digital world.
