90% of jobs in Pennsylvania require some kind of digital skill - and 1/3 of workers in the U.S. do not have the necessary skills to fill those jobs.*

Moving from a job requiring zero digital skills to just one digital skill can increase wages by 23%.*

KINBER believes in the importance of digital skills training for the future of our communities.

Digital Skills Training

What does KINBER do?

KINBER partners with community based organizations to identify areas of need for digital skills training within that community, and provides solutions tailored to fit those needs. Our operational and systematic guidance relieves partners of much of the burden of providing these classes to their participants.

KINBER can also provide digital skills training and upskilling opportunities to employers, for their employees - Providing workers with upskilling opportunities can help retention and save businesses $25,000-$78,000 in turnover costs per employee.*

To learn how KINBER can bring digital skills training opportunities to your community or company, contact Director of Program Operations, Rachael Haverstick.
